Hi, I’m Elba De La Herran, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Women’s Empowerment Coach, Fashion Consultant, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategist, and licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in California. Led by faith, I bring over 20 years of experience helping women, especially women of color, step into their power, heal, and embody their Wealth & Worth by building confidence, leadership, style, and financial freedom through real estate.

I blend faith, clinical expertise, and lived experience to guide women, especially women of color, to rise, love themselves deeply, and walk boldly in their purpose. I believe lasting transformation comes from combining mindset, strategy, and action, in life, leadership, fashion, and financial empowerment.

I hold a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy. I am also certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and a Certified Intuitive Coach, blending clinical insight, intuition, and cultural fluency to create meaningful, lasting change.

As a first generation Mexican American, my journey is full of resilience, culture, and growth. I’m passionate about supporting women and adolescents as they heal, step into their power, and lead from a place of strength.

I also have a passion for fashion, using personal style as a tool to boost confidence, express identity, and step boldly into life.
