About Me
Hi, I’m Elba De La Herran, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Women’s Empowerment Coach, Fashion Consultant, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategist, and licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in California. Led by faith, I bring over 20 years of experience helping women, especially women of color, step into their power, heal, and embody their Wealth & Worth by building confidence, leadership, style, and financial freedom through real estate.
I blend faith, clinical expertise, and lived experience to guide women, especially women of color, to rise, love themselves deeply, and walk boldly in their purpose. I believe lasting transformation comes from combining mindset, strategy, and action, in life, leadership, fashion, and financial empowerment.
I hold a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy. I am also certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and a Certified Coach, blending clinical insight, intuition, and cultural fluency to create meaningful, lasting change.
As a first generation Mexican American, my journey is full of resilience, culture, and growth. I’m passionate about supporting women and adolescents as they heal, step into their power, and lead from a place of strength.
I also have a passion for fashion, using personal style as a tool to boost confidence, express identity, and step boldly into life.
Whether I’m coaching, consulting, speaking, or helping clients find their dream home, I lead with love, authenticity, and purpose, always reminding you of your true worth.

Born from a calling to shine light and love, the Amor A La Mexicana™ cap is a bold symbol of pride, resilience, and compassion. It was born from a calling to shift darkness into light, to honor our ancestors, and to create spaces where brown girls and boys can see themselves, feel seen, and know they matter.
Last November, I felt so helpless. By January, that sadness became real, visceral in my chest and soul. But in that moment, God reminded me that this weight could become purpose. Through this calling, I could be a helper. I could be a light. And this cap is part of that mission.
With every purchase, you’re not just wearing a cap — you’re fueling change. A portion of proceeds will go to CHIRLA (Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights), helping protect immigrant families, amplify their voices, and build stronger, more compassionate communities.
